Looking for Info about Herbert L. Marshall

Hello I am researching my Marshall family roots and was wondering if there are any descendants of Herbert L. Marshall? According to the 1910 census Herbert was living in the Ft. Dobbs Township. He is 52 years old and married for 30 years to Emma A. 53 they had 5 children. Herbert was born in Ohio and Emma was from North Carolina. Herbert's parents are from Pennsylvania. Herbert's occupation is a house carpenter. In the 1860 census for Urbana, Champaign Co. Ohio there is a Conrad Marshall 26 married 4-9-1857 to Mary Jean Steward 20, both born in Pennsylvania. Living in the household is 2 year old Herbert born in Ohio and there is a George C. Marshall 8 years old also born in Ohio. I believe 8 year old George is my great great grandfather. I know the family moved to Leavenworth Co., Kansas, not sure what year though. The story my mom was told is that George ran away from home when he was 14 years old. Could his age coincide with the time the family moved?

My questions are: Is 52 year old Herbert L. Marshall in 1910 the same as 2 year old Herbert Marshall in 1860? If there are any desendants out there, can they fill in some of the holes? If these are the same Herberts, did he ever mention a half brother or a missing brother? I have some information about George. He was born in Champaign County, OH in October 1851. That would make him 8 years old in 1860. I also have the 1900 and 1910 census records for George. Another piece of circumstantial evidence, George C. Marshall had a son named Herbert. This Herbert is my grandfather. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
