Willow, OK is south of Elk City, probably in Beckham County, but could be Greer County? At one time there was an obituary index in the works @ the Elk City Library. There is also a Caddo County Genealogy site that does obit look ups for a donation. We have a listing of Caddo County cemeteries @ the Genealogy Library here in Weatherford OK. (wpwgs@htswireless.com) I will try to look for the Hubbard name in it. The listing is not complete and I don't recall a Willow Cemetery. I know a Hubbard who works in Watonga OK and his father was still living in early 2009.
There is also a town of Caddo in SE Oklahoma.
