Paul Thank You So Much For The Lowery Info. I Have a William Maner married a Sarah Lowery abt 1832 maybe Hall Co GA. This Couple moved to McMinn Co Tn abt 1843 then abt 1858 to Christain Co Ky Sarah died Aug 1860. William Maner then took children and moved to Webster & Ozark Co Mo.Wm.Maner daughter Elizabeth[Betsey Ann] married James Addison Lowery they both put in Apps abt.1906 also J.A.Maner this is where the story is told on his App abt 14 mile creek that an old woman knew is mother in the east on other family Apps it says James Henry Lowery wife was Sallie Lowery were Sarah Lowerys parents that Sarah & Sallie were Indian on Elizabeth,s app it says My mother was also Called Toney or Taney[could not make it out]Sarah Lowery was b.abt 1809 in GA. I Have looked at Maner childrens middle names for any clues also.Me & a Cousin are trying to find more Lowery Apps for more clues We Are making a map. Again Thank You for You Help.
