I am a Weaver family researcher, looking for information on my Weaver ancestor, Catherine, b-1798-TN/d-1882 in Lincoln Co., TN, but lived most of her life in Madison Co., AL with her husband John Howard whom she married in 1825 in Madison Co., AL. Therefore, I have no way of finding her on a census along with her parents. Family lore says she and two sisters were in the Trail of Tears, but she did not continue on as her two sisters did. It has been suggested to me that Cherokee Co., OK had many Weaver families during this era of time.
