Would like to share/compare information on the John Franklin/Mary Ann Overstreet Briscoe family that moved into the Tillman/Cotton County area in the early 1900's. Children that lived in the area included: George Washington Briscoe (my Grandfather), Albert Alberta (Bert)Briscoe, John Penn Briscoe, David Jefferson (Clink) Briscoe, Oscar J. (Bosco) Briscoe, William Thomas (Bill) Briscoe, P.D. Briscoe, Dewey Sampson (Dude) Briscoe, and Minny Dock (M.D.) Briscoe. Many of these are buried in Walters Cemetery.
