I am trying to locate information on my Great Grandparents who lived in Walters from about 1913 until about 1940’s. My g-grand father was the sheriff in Walters,Cotton County during this timeframe. His name is Geneva Roland KINSER, but he went by the nickname of Slim. My g-grandmother owned a restaurant across the street from the courthouse in Walters up until the mid-1930’s. Her name was Novella KINSER. They are both buried in the Walters Cemetery. Any information on either of them and their life in Walters would greatly be appreciated. THANK YOU
