Libby Frasier, born 1871 married Herman Jasper Worth and settled in Walters at time of 1906 land lottery. Elizabeth "Libby" is a d/o Charles Albert Frasier and Nancy Blanding and some of her brothers, or sisters may have settled there also at some time. There is a homstead certificate dated August 16, 1893 for SE 1/4. Sec 20, T2 R10W. Where is this.
These individuals are not family members, I have a scrapbook full of many pictures circa 1890's -1940's with many pictures undated or not identified as to relationships. I am making a heritage album for a descendent who is clueless as to who the persons may be. If anyone has information concerning these individuals I would appreciate it. Thank you! Gladys
