Larry: Looked your G-Grandmother up on 1930 census. She lived just down the road from my Uncle Joe Whitehead. That would be in the Deep Red Creek area(Union Valley community) of western Cotton County some 8-10 miles north of the very small town of Randlett. I was born and spent my early childhood in that immediate area. Eliza is most likely buried in the Randlett Cemetery. Not all names are on the published list. I have many kin buried there that are not on it. Phillip Hart of Hart Funeral Home in Walters can give you the name of a lady at Randlett who has the most complete list of graves there. Good Luck.
