I have found John LONG living as a boarder in the home of in the home of Harvey A. and Ethel Rogers, family 180, Sheet 9B in the 1920 Creek County census, Sunny Side Township. In the area of the census page where the town is to be placed, it has Milpay Town (or something similiar, it is difficult to read) and has been marked through. I have looked at the online 1915 map of Creek County trying to determine the location this area, but I have not been able to find a town with a name similiar to this. Could someone please tell me where this would have been located in the county.
John Long married Jessie Harris on Feb. 05, 1920 in Creek County. They are not listed together on the census as the information for the census is as of Jan. 01, 1920. I believe I have found Jessie in the Lincoln County 1920 records in the home of her parents. I would love to contact anyone who is connected to John and/or Jessie's families.
