Isaac and Sarah Zumwalt family in Sapulpa, OK

I am looking for more information on the children of Isaac Zumwalt and Sarah Brumley. Sarah died in 1921 in Kellyville, OK. They had a daughter Maxine Vallona Zumwalt who married Charles Franklin Long. Maxine Vallona died in 1967 in Creek County, OK. I believe they had a son, Lorenzo, who also died in 1967 in Creek County. They had other children I believe but I know nothing about them. I believe they had a Nancy and a John. The 1880 census indicates they may have had 3 older daughters, but they were in Missouri then.
