I am searching for information on James Campbell and his wife Isabella Louise "Daisy" (Wood) Vestal Campbell who lived in Weatherford and Arapaho, Oklahoma in the mid 1900s. He was superintendent of schools in Guthrie untill 1903 when he was appointed the first president of the new college at Weatherford, Oklahoma Territory. Around August of 1908, I believe, the Campbells moved to Arapaho and later, he was superintendent of schools in Thomas, Oklahoma. I understand that Campbell returned to Weatherford and taught at Southwestern. I am especially looking for the complete date of death of his wife, Daisy who died in 1925, and I am guessing that she died in Weatherford and is buried there next to Campbell (?) If anyone has any information about this family,or their burial sites, I would be most grateful. With thanks, Anne Long Notify Administrator about this message?
