Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am looking for information on Lee (Leander) B. Smith. He was the first elected State Representative for Delaware County to the Oklahoma State Legislature. He was a Democrat and was elected for the 1907 and 1909 terms. He was previously a resident of the state of Georgia prior to his moving to the Oklahoma Territory.
