From Jay, OK take Hwy 20 to the Junction of Hwy's 20 & 28. Take Hwy 28 toward Disney. You can take a Left @ E0400 RD then Turn Right onto D4535 RD. the map shows a dead end RD or Lane on the left and cemetery at the end of that road. Here is the link to the map I looked at:
