Baseball team in late teens to early 1920's

I have the suit my great-grandfather wore to play baseball, I have a photo dated 1916 that says going to Taloga to ball games. Interested in more information on this team...did they have a name, were they just a bunch of local men playing for fun, was it church related, etc? Any info would be appreciated.
