Looking for further information on A.J. SMith, born according to cemetery stone 1854-died 1916 is buried in Louis Bethel Cemetery in Harmon County, OK. I am trying to find out if this is my AJ or not. I don't have alot of info on him except he married Hepsebeth Jane Crain in AR (Carroll or Boone CO.) They had two children, Thomas Andrew Smith b. 17 jun 1870, Boone Co, AR and Ruthey M.Smith born abt 1872, probably in Boone Co, AR. 1910 Census for Bryan Co, OK shows Thomas as head of household with Ruthey and mother Jane living with him at time. Shortly after this census Thomas moved to Harmon Co. where he lived and passed away. He is Buried in Dryden Cemetery, but I have not found AJ, hepsebeth jane or ruthey after that point. My mother believes that Ruthey was in a nursing home in Hollis around 1970's and passed away but I have not found any evidence of this yet.AJ and Hepsebeth Jane (Janie) disappeared and I haven't found any clues on them yet. Any help greatly appreciated and will share any info. Thanks
