RED TOP No. 53 A school located between Dryden Community (a post office from June 30, 1892, to January 31, 1919) and Hollis, Harmon County, Oklahoma (population 2002-3,100)

Red Top's first teacher was Sallie Parker, School board members in 1909 were: C H Wolfe, J P Mills, P G Riley and J W Stotts.
Teachers in 1917 and 1918 were Mr and Mrs E B Brown. Agatha and E M Biddy taught in 1927.
Red Top later consolidated with Hollis No 66.
