Hetty P HICKS was the d/o (more than likely) J. Sam Hicks age 66 b NC and Eleanor, age 52. They are listed in the 1870 Carroll Co GA census a few names above Henry W Brasher, b SC, wife Martha, JOHN age 18, Nancy, and William. I have tried to track both families forward and back and I have been unable to. I have no idea what brought the Brasher family to Hollis. I do see them buried at Fairmount Cemetery, but do not find the others.
I am not researching this line and have no further data to share.
