Looking for more information on Richard Decker, born 1856, Grayson co KY to Isaac and Deborah (Blain) Decker. Sometime after his mother's death, Richard seems to have been 'adopted' (whether officially or not we don't know) by William T Blain, probably a relative of Richard's mother. Later he seems to have gone by the Blain name, rather than Decker.
Wm T Blain moved from Ky to Ks and Richard later came to Ks, also and then to Ok (not sure when).
Richard M Blain died Dec 30, 1909 in Altus, Ok.
The bits and pieces of information I have on Richard are full of questions and missing bits. There seem to have been 2 wives and at least 3 children (2 boys and a girl).
Any help would be appreciated.
