If your Isaac has an L. for middle name, he is buried in the Newkirk Cemetery, Kay Co.
Dates are Sep 8 1840 Apr 24, 1901. It is actually listed as I.L. Carr, if those dates fit yours then it is probably right.

In Kay Co. Marriage book Bertam Carr and Florence Gould took out a marriage application 6-23-1899

Could not find any of the others you listed, however there seem to be a lot of Carr's in other cemeteries around here, but would have to have some names first. Also, a lot of Carr's are listed in the marriage book.
