I am doing research on women sheriffs in Oklahoma. I came across a some very brief information that a Mrs. Ed Moore served as sheriff of Kiowa County in 1933 to sometime in 1934.

I don't know how accurate the information might be.

Does anyone reading this board know about this? Did her husband die? when? What were the dates of her term of being sheriff? What was her first name? Does a photo exist of her?

Any information about her will be greatly appreciated.
