Kiowa County Cemeteries and Tom Steed Resevoir

Sharon,
You have been such a wonderful help in the past, perhaps you can help me on my gggrandmother, Arty Salyer. She died in 1907 and was buried in Cold Springs, Oklahoma. I have read that Cold Springs was flooded by the Tom Steed Resevoir. Is that so? If so, where did they relocate the cemeteries to? or are they underwater as well? or are the cemeteries still intact in Cold Springs. I see a place on the Map that says its Cold Springs, right next to Tom Steed Resevoir, so I am not sure if its there or not, so if you can help me, I'd really appreciate it.
