The Ochs name is a promient one in Logan County. I would contact either Dennis Ochs, who has an auction company and does insurance, or his mother who owns the Ochs real estate agency. Both businesses are in Guthrie, Logan County, Oklahoma. I'm sure you could find listings in an online phone book.
