Chickasaw Nation, I.T. court records

One of my ancestors was tried in 1894 for a murder. I have been unable to find the records for this trial. It was reported in the Ardmore, Oklahoma newspaper as being held in the court of Commissioner Gibbons (also called Judge Gibbons). My ancestor was a white settler in the Chickasaw Nation and lived in Love's Valley (now in Love Co., OK).

Anyone have any idea about the disposition of court records from territorial days? I will also post this question on the Carter Co. OK board just in case.....
