I am also searching for old court records. I had an ancestor murdered in 1906 and am trying to get copies of the court records. My problem is that the murder happened in Sep 1906 and since OK became a state in 1907, I don't know whether it would have been Federal or State court.

Try this link, they were very helpful to me. Even though they did not have the records, they did find the case in an index and were able to give me a Docket #.

It is the reference department for the National Archives.

Good luck,
