How far back was the death records filed in Okla.?

I can't find a death record for a family member in Texas and am aware that she might have died in Oklahoma,possibly in Love county.I need to know when they started filing death records in Oklahoma and if it is possible that her death record might be in this state instead of Texas,where would I need to send a request for a lookup to ? I just need some advice on how to do this in Oklahoma and where to do it.If anyone can help me with this I sure would appreciate it very much.She died between 1910-1920,probably about 1915.
