Pvt Wilburn H. Edwards, WW I, pontotoc county

I am seeking the burial location of Pvt Wilburn Haskell Edwards who died while in the army of wounds received in action. The private is listed on the bronze plaque on the east side of the courthouse door in Cooke County, Gainesville, Tex. He doesn't appear in the Cooke county registry and I believe he may have been buried in Oklahoma.

The neighbor was Nathan Hughes a brother in law who was phone company manager

1917 draft registration Cooke County, Tex is residence. Birth place Ada, Oklahoma. Single residing in Muenster, Tex. The Gainesville Register 11-11-1918 ran a story that the father of Wilburn Edwards, Newton Edwards of Muenster, had received a message that Wilburn died of wounds received in the Argonne action. Co H 59th Inf. Entered service 9-19-1917 in Gainesville, Texas.
