hi james---my name is leslie hargis and im just starting to look-into some hargis geneology. wow what a job. i am 50 yrs. old born 1959 in fresno, calif. my father's name was roy gene hargis, i have no idea what his fathers name was--his siter's name is betty. his mom's name is wilma maiden name-faught. my father, roy, was killed on a motorcycle in 1974 and i have yet to know where he is buried, i was told albequerque, n.m. but cant find any info about that. something interesting is his mother wilma and her sister both married brothers---so their children, the boys looked exactly alike and i remember one was named-james--went by jim hargis somewhere in calif. he was married to a patti. sure wish i knew more--i do remember hearing my grandfather hargis had most of his releatives from oklahoma---perhaps we are related???? got any news for me after reading this???i hope so---thank you for reading--leslie hargis
