The Payne County Probate Index for pre-1951 only has probate records for Eliza J. Cockrell #96A, 11-26-02, and George W. Cockrell #122A, 10-19-03.
Stroud Funeral Home book, Stillwater, has only--
Avis Ruth Cockrell, b. 1905/07/01, d. 1983/09/27
Charlie Randell b. 1903/07/05 d. 1979/05/21
both buried in Perkins Cemetery.
