Does anyone have any information on the following families:
Joseph (born abt 1847) and Eliza June SATTERFIELD
Children: Willie abt 1871; Mary abt 1872; Lilian/Lula/Lou abt 1874; McHenry abt 1876; Arcada/Cater 1879; and possibly Myra Belle 1883
Joseph could have possibly married a second time to Melissa GRIFFITH the daughter of G. William Griffith from AR. Joseph and Melissa had two children in Indian Territory: Lena abt 1889 and Simeon abt 1891. Then they moved to Bowie Co. Texas.
Lula married Charles ANDERSON and had two daughters, Eva abt 1893 and Lillie abt 1895. Lula/Lou remarried abt 1896 and is in the 1910 Census in Farris, Atoka Co., OK. Her husband is G. W. HAMLET (I believe). They had three sons: Virgil, Jewel, Vernal (?). Lula/Lou could possibly have had another child or two.
Lillie married a man with the last name of HOKIT. She died about 1929 and is supposed to be buried in Albion, OK.
Cater married at the age of 14 in 1894 to James B. WOOD, 30, of Tuskahoma.
