1st Cousin Patsy Jean Wolfe of Oklahoma

I am searching to find my 1st Cousin Patsy Jean Wolfe. She was the daughter of Fred Plott Wolfe and Carmina Hudspeth/Hudspeth, I am not certain of the spelling. Her last correspondence with her father she was living in Tulsa OK. she was married, but mentioned that she may be getting a divorce. Nobody has heard from her since then. That may have been in 1957 or 58. She would have been born in about 1941,42, 43, in or arround Corrine Oklahoma, Pushmataha County. We would love to find any information about her or her location.
