The birth certificate for my grandmother was done later in her life when she needed since in 1905 the part of Oklahoma is was born in was still Indian Territory. It indicated that she was born 12 March 1905 in Porch or Elk City (Guymon) Roger Mills,Oklahoma. I would like to know more about this area. Does Porch or Elk City still exsist? I am trying to find out more about the YOUNGER Family that migrated to Texas. Her parents were Benjamin Franlin YOUNGER & Serantny Procter LaRUE, they were both originally from Tennessee.Welcome all inquires.Thanks.
