Looking for information on Albert Yarbrough that married Betsey, maiden name unknown, Yarbrough. They were listed on the 1930 Census, Seminole, Oklahoma. Township Econtuchka district 5. Children were Willie, Josephine, Benjamin, and Odis. Albert was 37 and Betsey was 36. Albert was listed as 22 when they got married and Betsey was listed as 21, making them married about 1914. Willie was listed as 14 years old, Josephine listed as 10 years old, Benjamin listed as 6, and Odis listed as 4 years 3 months (?).
They are listed as full blood Indian, all are born in Oklahoma. I found social security index where a Betsey Yarbrough died in February 1976 and last benefits paid was Wewoka, OK. Trying to find out if this Betsey Yarbrough is the one that custody was awarded to John Yarbrough. John had a brother, James, and an Albert Yarbrough was administrator of James estate in 1923. Would like to find out if the Albert, married to Betsey, and the Albert that was the administrator of James Estate, are the same one. Any one that has any information on any of the above people, please contact me. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
