Jess W. Steelman was a WWII veteran, according to the death certificate. His occupation was written as a steelworker.

This is a new webpage Arizona has recently added for certain periods of time, for birth and death reports.
I am researching Joseph Steelman, located in Upshur County, Texas in 1880 Census. Some of his children and descendants moved to Oklahoma before statehood in 1907, many still live there. Some of the children of William Davis Steelman and Francis Melissa Gravitt moved to Arizona and California. I have not discovered if Jess W. Steelman is related to the line I am researching.
