Hunting For( Maudie Mae ?'s) Grave

I am looking for my Grandmothers Grave. I thought it was in Pottawatimie Co. or it could be in another county. Her name is Maudie Mae and her last name could be Taylor or Smith but I'm not sure. Her stone is small and shaped like a heart. She died in 1928.She is buried beside her husband and her baby. Their graves only have markers.
