Ed Thomas is buried in the Grandfield Memorial Cemetery in an unmarked grave in Block C, Row 2. His death date is listed as 9 Mar 1962. Block C, Row 1 has two unknown adult graves with the lot owner listed as Thomas. They are both right beside the unmarked Coil Thomas grave, death date 3 Aug 1920, and whose lot owner is Ed Thomas. There is a Joseph Clarence Thomas buried in this cemetery. He served in WWII and has both a headstone and footstone. Here is his information:
Thomas, Helen Ruth Sept. 12, 1914 - June 23, 1977 [single stone with Joseph Clarence];
Thomas, Joseph Clarence Sept. 25, 1914 - Apr. 25, 1972 [wed] May 13, 1944 [single stone with Helen Ruth];
[footstone] Joseph C Thomas Sept. 25, 1914 - April 25, 1972 Oklahoma PVT US Army World War II [bronze Veteran marker]. He and his wife are buried in the North Center arm, Row 4.
I'll keep digging. {whoops! not literally! LOL!}
