i have a death certificate for charles henry wiley dated may 29, 1933, death in city of tipton, ok. it says his dob is 3-7-1855. the charles henry i'm looking for was born in 1881 thru 1886 depending on which document you look at. looking for any information. death certificate says he is buried in tipton, the bentons were the undertakers. charles was born in ky and at one time married to may cooper. they had two children, howard and ethel alzada. WW I draft registration shows charles living in enid, ok(there is a ? mark after enid), garfield county, dob may 2, 1881. at this time charles and may apparently have gone their separate ways because charles mother is listed as his nearest relative. after the draft registration card dated 1917-1918, i can find no record of charles henry.
