my relative is the younger one. he was found on 1920 census but the info i was given on 1930 census i don't believe is him. he just seems to have disappeared. i have also discovered that sometimes the information on the records is not accurate. most of the information i have, has Charles
Henry Wiley living in or around Enid, Oklahoma. however, to my surprise, folks during this time moved around a good bit and i haven't had a chance yet to see how far apart Enid and
Tipton are. the death certificate i have says this Charles was born in texas, mine was born in ky. It says his father's name was also Charles Henry Wiley, mine was Samuel Marion Wiley. the date of birth on the certificate is 1855. my Charles Henry was born sometime between 1881 and 1885-depending on which record you're looking at. i suppose it's possible that people back then passed away and no record was ever made of it.
