If he was living in 1920, then there SHOULD be a death record for him. Oklahoma statewide death registration began in 1908. Try contacting the Registrar of Vital Statistics, State Department of Health in Oklahoma City. See: http://www.ok.gov/health/Birth_and_Death_Certificates/Death_Certificates/index.html#death%20facts I think I found his WWI draft registration card! He's living in Enid, Oklahoma, has his own shop, his mother is Louise Wiley, he was born May 2, 1881. I could probably email a copy of the scan, if you like. He's listed as Chas. H. Wiley (Chas. is the abbreviation of Charles.) If you give the OK State Dept. his birth date, along with a range of death years, they will probably be able to track him down (ASSUMING he died in OK, of course.)
