I have been looking at the Washita County, Okla. census for 1900, and the only one of your Caldwells I find was Andrew J, enumerated in the south 1/2 of Union township.Union township, in 1900, was where my Emerson grandparents were enumerated. That would put Andrew in the Valley View neighborhood.
Although I was born and raised in the Cowden community, I am now in southeast Kansas.
