My mother graduated from Alva HS in 1931. In her personal effects, I have come across a rather complete set of graduation materials (announcements, commencement calendar, class programs, etc.), including two issues of "The Jackrabbit" (the school newspaper?): Vol 13, No. 12 (3 Apr 1930), and Vol. 14, No. 14 (15 May 1931; "Senior Edition").
