MARRIAGE RECORD:
Ernest George Freeman (b.7-14-1907 d.2-2-1982 OK)
Mable Olivete Sears (b.9-30-1903 d.3-14-1986 OK)
I have been searching for years for the marriage record of the two above named persons. Family tradition says they were married in Okla City circa 1930. I have
personally searched Okla Co. and all surrounging counties, and then some with no success in locating a marriage record.
In the last few days I came into possession of a photograph of the two of them taken circa 1930. It appears to be a wedding travel photo. The photo has been glued into an album (and subsequently removed). On
the back of the photo is a partial name of a photo priting comany and it was in either Woods or Woodward County, OK.
Is there anyone reading this board who lives in Woodward County who would be so kind to check the marriage records index at the courthouse to see if the two above named persons were married there between 1929 and 1932? If a record is located I will gladly reimburse for expenses for obtaining a copy.
