BENJAMIN BROWN SMITH - Civil War Soldier from OH to Woodward

Looking for additional information on Benjamin Brown Smith, b Oct. 3, 1841, OH and d Dec. 25, 1913. Benjamin is found on the 1910 District 293, 1 WARD Woodward, Woodward Co., OK census. This HAS to be the same as Benjamin Brown Smith of Logan County, OH, son of Solomon SMITH and Catharine SWAN as they have the exact birth dates, both born in OH and parents born in VA.
The Benjamin on the census was m to Susan A. Unknown. I located the same couple in 1880 2nd Ward, Chillicothe, Livingston Co., MO.
Now Benjamin's occupation in Woodward Co. was a Lawyer at city hall. Surely there is information on him.
Benjamin and Susan are interred at the Elmwood Cemetery.
Obituaries on Benjamin (1841-1913) and Susan (1841-Nov. 13, 1921) would be helpful.
According to family papers, Benjamin served in the Civil War as did his brothers and they are came back alive.
Would love to contact any descendants!!!
Known children:
1. Sherman Smith, b abt 1867 - Is he the same as Sherman Mix Smith, interred at Elmwood? (Internet records show b 1857).
2. Edward E. Smith (1869-1905)
3. Olive B. Smith (b abt 1871 MO)
4. Louella Smith (b abt 1874, MO)
5. Ray A. Smith (b abt 1878, MO)
6. Unknown
