I am looking for a newspaper article regarding the shooting of "Elizabeth Richard Christian" by her husband, Tom Christian. It supposedly took place Aug 1926 with her death being 26 Aug 1926. On the 1920 census she and Tom were living in Harper County OK, Good Twp, Lincoln precinct. I don't know if they were still there in 1926...
Her father-in-law Moses J. Christian was living in Woodward at that time so I'm thinking maybe it appeared in the Woodward paper.
