Hi,

I have a William Oats O'Malley and he came from up north down to Eastman Ga. I was told he had family but they "died" a wife and two kids. Anway.....

He settled in Eastman Ga. He was born in 1847 in Ireland, moved to England, then from there he came to New York by ship.

Getting to Eastman Ga. ? I dont know how that came about but he did settle there and he married a woman late in life, and had one child. I descend from her.

He went by the name Billy and he laid bricks. He built the town of Eastman Ga. nearly. That was his trade.

I know we probably dont match up but like you and I have a lost member of the family. I do have pictures of his mother and father and sister, if you want to see them, they are old.

Sincerely,
DAWN
