So, you have registered Family Tree Maker 4 times and when you clicked on Internet, View Home Page, it asked you to register again?

How many Username / Passwords do you have from FamilyTreeMaker?

The last update of your User Home Page was June 7. Is that correct?

What, specifically, are you trying to upload to your User Home Page?
