Janice,

How large is your Family File (in KB)?

Just looked at your User Home Page and it is still showing that last update of 06/07/09.

When you click on Internet, View Home Page, are you taken to your User Home Page? If so, are you able to Edit your User Home Page from there?

If you are, then return to Family Tree Maker and upload your report and/or Book again. I might suggest that you do one, let it appear, then the other.
