Janice,

Do you have a program on your PC that deletes your Browser's Cookies?

If you open Family Tree Maker, Click on Internet, Go Online, then use your Browser to get to your User Home Page and Login to edit it, but don't, just Log in. Then, close and re-open Family Tree Maker, see if you are taken to your User Home Page now. We are trying to get the Registration information in sync with your Cookies.

In fact, click on Help, System information and open the FTW.INI. You will see a line that says:

UNIQUEID

Put a ";" (with out the quotes) at the beginning of that line, Save and close that file, close and reopen Family Tree Maker, then give it another try.
