Janice,

Thank you for the Update.

I am sure that you saw a comma, but the character that I wanted was this

You probably saw that character in other lines. That character "tells" Family Tree Maker to ignore that line.

What should happen, when you login, like on your User Home Page, is that character will be removed when you login again.


We'll try it another way.

Again, find that file again, put that character on that line. This time, click on Help, Register. You should be asked for normal "Registration" information. This should re-set your Cookies and that Line in the FTW.INI file.
