Janice,

Installing a New Hard Drive shouldn't do anything. But, software would have to be installed AND all of the login / passwords and Cookies would have to be reset.

If you click on MyGenealogy.com, at the top of this page, and you look at My Account, in the Lower Right Corner of the page, is that information correct?
