Okay, how do I check to see if MSIE is installed on my computer.

I used to have Netscape 9 on my computer, but support for it is no longer available. Then I Mozilla Firefox until it crashed and I couldn't uncrash it. So now I have the little known Flock because I could my some of my Netscape 9 settings. Other than that I don't know how to explain it except that it works for me.
